Good to see you making the most of ...Morning Bill.<br /><br />Good to see you making the most of your lovely new boat. They say that the best two days of boat ownership are the day you buy . . . and the day you sell. I think you are intent on proving that adage wrong!<br /><br />But where's the photo of Henley's May Day?<br /><br />When I travel up to London, I now drive to Slough station, park in the "hidden" car park that always has plenty of spaces available, and catch the train from there. <br /><br />A few weeks ago, having bought my ticket I was about to go through the barrier on to the platform when, coming the other way, there was dear Norman, with his magnificent whiskers, looking extremely smart in tweeds and a deerstalker. <br /><br />He told me he was on his way to Windsor for lunch. Since he was looking so dapper and clearly fit to meet HM The Queen, I did wonder later if he meant Windsor Castle itself!
