I need an iPad doctor!

As I was trying to add photos to my iPad this afternoon of orchids in the Singapore Botanic Gardens suddenly the screen went blank. I've tried everything to bring it back to life but nothing seems to work. The iPad is fully charged, I haven't dropped it - it just stopped working. Has anyone out there in the wide world got any ideas or could suggest where I could go in Singapore to get it fixed. I'll try to at least add a picture in the meantime.

Hi Bill, just stop by any Apple Store located at the malls (ask the concierge which mall has Apple Store) and the kids at the store may be able to help you.

Hi Bill,
Try holding down the power button AND the home/center button until the unit reboots itself. DON'T LET GO even when the message "SLIDE TO SWITCH OFF" COMES UP!

Hi Bill, if the last suggestion does not work, try connecting the IPad to a PC/Mac and restore using ITunes.
